Phil Over

Phil was born and raised in a Christian family, so having Christ at the center of his life has been a constant. In his teenage years, Phil made a commitment to be open to serving in a ministry role. At 53 years old, God finally called Phil to full time ministry, here with FCA. The combination of things he loves, Jesus Christ and sports, is a natural pairing!  Phil  always had sports as a part of his life. He was a PGA professional for five years  (1995 to 2000). Additionally, he coached multiple sports teams. His passion is to serve coaches and teach them how to disciple their teams by using Biblical principles as the guide.  Phil is married to his wonderful wife, Jill, and has two boys, Ryan (15), and Matthew (11). They are committed as a family to the FCA ministry, and look forward to serving Christ in this way.
